While there is no set rule, Capri Pants are generally those that end mid-calf and are tighter around the calf. Cropped pants hit lower than that - usually a few inches above the ankle, and are wider at the leg opening. Many Petite women can wear both as full length pants. Both styles are much more flattering if they end below the widest part of the calf. Many retailers use the terms interchangeably, so always check the inseam length. |
